We are incredibly proud of our engineering team, each service engineer will arrive in an NEG sign written car or van dressed in an NEG uniform with ID.

Our GPS tracked service team will endeavor to respond to all call outs within 24 hours, fault to fix. During a recent audit our fault to clear times for grade 1 fault was 1hour 27 minutes.
